The Brazil Scholarships Program PAEC OAS-GCUB is the result of cooperation between the International Cooperation Group of Brazilian Universities (GCUB) and the Organization of American States (OAS), with the support of the Division of Educational Themes and Portuguese Language of the Ministry of Relations Brazil (DELP / MRE) and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO / WHO).
The objective of the Program is to contribute to the integration and strengthening of the region of the Americas through the granting of full scholarships stricto sensu in postgraduate courses (Master and Doctorate), offered by the Brazilian Universities associated with the GCUB for students from the 34 member countries of the OAS, except Brazil, and to form leaders capable of acting in different sectors.

El Programa de Becas Brasil PAEC OEA-GCUB Brasil es el resultado de la alianza entre el Grupo de Cooperación Internacional de Universidades Brasileñas (GCUB) y la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA), con el apoyo de la División de Temas Educativos y Lengua Portuguesa del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Brasil (DELP/MRE) y la Organización Panamericana de la Salud (OPS/OMS).
El objetivo del Programa es contribuir a la integración y el fortalecimiento de la región de las Américas, por medio del otorgamiento de becas para postgrados stricto sensu (Maestría y Doctorado), ofrecidos por las universidades brasileñas asociadas al GCUB a estudiantes de los 34 países miembros de la OEA, excepto Brasil, y formar líderes capaces de actuar en diferentes sectores.
